Dr Abe
Dr Abe is from the Acholi tribe and grew up in Gulu, Uganda. She was raised within a powerful culture, rich with heartfelt songs and colourful energetic dance. After leaving Uganda in 1972 Dr Abe qualified as a Doctor in the UK where she continues to practice medicine. Dr. Abe has recorded these songs with the aim of raising awareness of the Acholi Tribe
Acholi Renaissance
